2022 NPU-W Draft Bylaws and Operating Procedures Review 

The Bylaws Committee of NPU-W is proud to share this year’s recommended changes to the Bylaws and the Operating Procedures. The revised documents will be available in this 2022 Redlined Bylaws folder no later than 8 PM ET Monday, August 23, 2021. In the folder you will find the following documents:

  • An intro letter from the Bylaws Co-Chairs outlining the remaining process to adopt the bylaws and and overview of changes from the current bylaws to the proposed version of the bylaws
  • A redlined copy of the Bylaws, with proposed changes inserted in the document
  • A redlined copy of the Operating Procedures, with proposed changes inserted in the document
  • A template for NPU-W Committees to use for their agendas and committee reports, which is an attachment to the Operating Procedures

We encourage you to deep dive these documents and provide any feedback to the committee by 5 PM on Tuesday, September 7. We will also provide an overview of the enhancements on the NPU-W call on Wednesday of this week.
